A token having a price doesn’t mean you can actually trade it properly.

When I check a new TON token, I look beyond the chart.

First, I verify the contract.

Then I check if there’s an actual liquidity pool and look at its TVL, volume and pool balance.

After that, I enter the amount I’m considering on @ston_fi and check the quote and Price Impact.

That last part matters.

A small pool can make even a normal-sized swap move the price significantly. STON.fi shows the expected output and price impact before you confirm.

I also check for token warnings. Fake and Honeypot tokens, for example, can be restricted in the STON.fi interface.

So my checklist is simple:

Contract → Pool → Liquidity → Quote → Price Impact → Warnings

Having a token on-chain is one thing.

Having a usable market is another.
