$XRP Upgrade Has Entered Its Countdown. The Market Is Still Selling The “one validator away” snapshot is already out of date. Late on September 15, XRPL Dashboard showed 29 of 35 trusted validators supporting Batch V1.1, with its activation countdown underway. The recorded majority began at 14:06 UTC, pointing toward September 29 if support holds. That is progress—not activation. XRPL requires the necessary supermajority to persist for two weeks, and validators can change their votes. Meanwhile, CoinMarketCap’s latest snapshot put $XRP near $1.29, down roughly 10.4% over 24 hours. The claim that XRP alone escaped the selloff no longer holds. The technical story still deserves attention. Batch can package up to eight transactions into one coordinated operation. In its All or Nothing mode, every inner transaction must succeed for the group’s changes to be committed. A marketplace could, for example, link an asset transfer and its platform fee so one cannot settle without the other. Batch also supports three other execution modes; all-or-nothing behavior is a choice, not a universal rule. The security history matters too. The original proposal was stopped after a critical signature-validation flaw was discovered before mainnet activation. RippleX’s September 14 review describes the replacement’s fixes, senior engineering reviews, Halborn and Common Prefix audits, a Sherlock security contest, and 11 additional issues addressed. My read: this gives XRPL developers a more flexible way to coordinate transactions. The investment case still needs another step; evidence that applications use it and that their activity creates demand for XRP. If Batch activates, what would convince you that better transaction execution is translating into real token demand? #Altcoin Season# #BTC Price Analysis# #Macro Insights#
