I’ve been looking at Dusk Network lately, and what keeps my attention is how practical the problem is trying to solve.

Privacy in crypto often sounds great in theory, but financial applications have a much higher bar. Dusk is building a Layer-1 around that challenge, using confidential smart contracts and its XSC standard to bring privacy into financial use cases.

Still, I don’t think the technology alone is enough.

The real question is whether people actually use it. Are developers willing to build on Dusk? Do businesses see a clear reason to choose it? Can network activity create sustainable demand for $DUSK rather than relying on speculation?

There’s also plenty of competition, and adoption in this sector won’t happen overnight.

That’s why I’m keeping my view measured. Dusk has an interesting and differentiated idea, but I want to see real users, growing activity, strong execution, and sustainable economics before becoming more convinced.

Good narrative gets attention. Real usage is what keeps it.
