solanatokenizedstock

Solana traded $4.4B of tokenized stocks in one month. How much stock is actually sitting on-chain? Far less.

$SOL tokenized stock volume topped $4.4B in September.

Big number. But volume counts the same dollar again and again. It tells you how busy the market is, not how big it is.

For comparison, tokenized stock supply on Solana was about $465M back in August.

What I find more interesting is when people trade. Through August, about 63% of the volume happened outside US stock market hours.

So the product may not be "stocks on a blockchain". It may be "stocks when the stock market is closed".

My read: watch supply, not volume.

✅ Stronger if supply and lending collateral grow with volume
⚠️ Weaker if volume keeps rising while supply stays flat. That looks like churn.

Which tells you more about adoption: volume or supply?

Not financial advice. DYOR.
