Yes, it is.

Here's my analysis.
SOL is trading above 96 which is January Lowest Price for 3 weeks now. FOMC timing is right for the Sell Side Liquidity which is ~95.

My Trade Setup
I am going long from ~95/96 to 117/122.
Don't panic, be patient. DYOR!!!!!
