现在是2026年2月，市场真挺惨的。BTC最近从7万多刀往下砸，最低探到过6万出头，现在勉强在7万附近晃（期货数据看70k-71k浮动）。ETH更别提了，跌破2k的日子都有，山寨整体血流成河，好多币直接-50%甚至-80%起步。
山寨币还值得买吗？
老铁们别急着all in，也别直接跑路。说白了，现在这行情不是2021那种“空气币都起飞”的疯牛，也不是2022彻底躺平的死寂，而是一个**BTC霸屏 + 山寨极度分化**的阶段。Altseason Index（几个主流数据源）目前大概在23-39之间，完完全全的Bitcoin Season，75%的门槛差远了，山寨整体还在被BTC吸血。
但我这几个月观察下来，有几件事已经变味了，不再是以前的玩法：
1. 大部分新叙事币（尤其是2025年炒起来的那些）已经凉了，或者半死不活。天天喊“下一个Solana”的项目，基本都成了下一个归零样本。
2. 机构和聪明钱不傻了。他们现在只敢碰有真东西的：要么有现金流、要么有监管牌照、要么生态真在用。纯讲故事的，基本没人接盘。
3. BTC如果继续受美债收益率、特朗普政策这些宏观拖累，山寨大概率还得再陪跌一波。但一旦BTC稳住（比如站回72k-75k震荡），资金轮动会很快，结构性机会就来了。
