📊 Fundamental Analysis (Part 2): Understanding Tokenomics & Supply Risks

In my early trading years, I bought cheap coins with high hopes, wondering why their prices never went up. Later, I discovered the harsh reality of Tokenomics. A project can have the best technology, but if its supply structure is poorly designed, token inflation will continuously crush the price, leaving retail investors trapped.

What is Tokenomics?
Tokenomics is the mathematical economic model of a cryptocurrency. It shows the relationship between a coin’s Circulating Supply (tokens currently in the market) and its Max Supply (the absolute limit that will ever exist). If a project only has 10% of its tokens in circulation and 90% locked up to be released later, it poses a massive dumping risk.

How I Analyze Supply Metrics onBinance:
🎈Circulating vs. Max Supply: I always check the supply percentage on Binance. I prefer projects where at least 60% to 70% of the total supply is already circulating. This significantly reduces the risk of unexpected inflation.
🎈 The Vesting Schedule: I research when early investors and developers get their tokens unlocked. Buying a coin right before a massive developer unlock is a recipe for disaster, as they often dump on the market.
