Perps just went mainstream: Webull is putting perpetual futures in front of 6M+ US clients.

The brokerage announced Tuesday it's partnering with Kalshi to offer perpetual futures to US customers from November, starting with crypto. Contracts trade on KalshiEX, a CFTC-regulated exchange, and clear through Kalshi Klear, a CFTC-regulated clearinghouse. First phase: BTC and other crypto assets for futures-approved customers via existing Webull Futures accounts, expanding by year-end.

Webull US CEO Anthony Denier's framing: perps are "a significant part of global derivatives markets, with annual volume reaching more than $90 trillion in 2025."

The CFTC approved the first US perps earlier this year for Coinbase and Kalshi, and Webull follows Robinhood's US rollout plus its own September launch of BTC/ETH event contracts. The product that dominated offshore derivatives now sits inside a retail brokerage app on regulated rails.

Webull’s crypto-perp launch matters less for the contracts than for the distribution.

Starting in November, eligible U.S. #webull customers will get access to $BTC and selected crypto perpetual futures. The contracts will be listed on #KalshiEX and cleared through Kalshi Klear, both operating inside CFTC-regulated infrastructure.

That is the real shift: a product associated with offshore exchanges is moving into a mainstream U.S. brokerage workflow. It does not guarantee immediate liquidity, but it lowers the access barrier and puts regulated U.S. perps in front of a much broader retail audience.

The next signal is not the announcement. Watch the final asset list and, once trading begins, volume and open interest. If those build, crypto derivatives liquidity may start fragmenting across a new regulated venue.
