Price is currently trading around 4,385. Following a sharp liquidity sweep down to recent lows near ~4,290, price rebounded strongly and is now forming a higher bottom structure. The overall technical setup projects a controlled pullback into key demand support to absorb sell-side liquidity before triggering a stronger bullish expansion wave toward higher resistance targets.

After sweeping local demand near the ~4,290 macro low, price initiated an aggressive impulse move back toward 4,440. To secure optimal risk-reward positioning and avoid chasing current mid range prices, the setup waits for a corrective pullback into the 4340 - 4362 demand zone to establish a validated higher low.

Primary Entry: 4340 - 4362 (Key key demand/support block to execute Long orders on a pullback)

$XAU Near-Target Reversal — Transparency First as Macro Pressure Builds

Gold moved very well according to today’s analysis and came within just $2 of the First Take Profit(TP) before reversing sharply lower.

There was an opportunity to move the position to risk-free or secure partial profits, but since I did not publish an update at that moment, I will officially record this analysis as a Stop Loss(SL). Transparency remains more important to me than simply showing winning trades.

Gold has now fallen below the key trading levels as rising U.S.

Treasury yields, a stronger U.S. Dollar, higher energy prices, and escalating Middle East tensions pressure markets.

Although Core PPI was 0.2% vs 0.3% forecast, headline PPI remained firm at 0.4%. Higher oil prices are also keeping inflation concerns elevated.

With yields and DXY rising, further downside remains possible.

Gold is facing renewed selling pressure after stronger U.S. producer inflation and a surge in oil prices pushed Treasury yields higher and increased expectations for a Federal Reserve rate hike.

Gold Has Been Falling for 7 Days — Is the Correction Finally Ending?

$XAU has remained in a bearish trend for the past seven days, but the current structure is approaching an important potential reversal area.

As long as price remains above $4,280, buyers still appear to have more short-term strength than sellers.

Gold is now trading near the Potential Reversal Zone (PRZ) at $4,282–$4,313 and the potential lower trendline of a Descending Channel.

The channel is not fully confirmed yet, but a strong bullish reaction from this area could establish the second Major Pivot and validate the structure.

From an Elliott Wave perspective, gold appears to have developed a Triple Three Correction (W-X-Y-X-Z) over the past week.

If this structure completes Primary Wave B, the next impulsive bullish sequence could begin toward the upper PRZ at $4,373–$4,401.

I expect gold to potentially rebound from the current PRZ toward $4,366 first.

If bullish momentum strengthens, the recovery could extend toward $4,395 and the upper PRZ.

$XAU is currently trading near the key trading levels of $4,400 and $4,370.

From a classical technical analysis perspective, gold has formed a Falling Wedge Pattern and is now trading above its upper trendline, supporting a potential bullish reversal.

Can #GOLD confirm this breakout and extend its recovery toward $4,470?

Technical Analysis

From an Elliott Wave perspective, gold appears to have completed a Double Three Correction(W-X-Y) inside the Falling Wedge Pattern.

The breakout above the upper trendline further supports the possibility that the corrective structure has ended and a new bullish move is developing.

I expect gold to resume its bullish move over the coming hours and rise at least toward $4,437.

If bullish momentum increases, the move could extend toward $4,461 and eventually the key trading level of $4,470.

Gold is looking weak right now.
Price is around 4,327, and the 1H chart is still showing lower highs with strong selling pressure. The 4,310–4,320 zone is the key support area. If this breaks with volume, the next area I’m watching is around 4,270.
For the upside, 4,350–4,390 is the first resistance zone. A strong reclaim above that area could change the short-term structure.
For now, I’m staying patient and watching the support reaction before taking a trade.
