广场NEAR现货基金话题详情页显示热榜第二、1991次浏览、122人讨论，首页仍显示零浏览、三人讨论，两处口径不同，不能拼接成精确增速。社区帖子称九月二十九日已经开始交易；本轮尚未取得发行人或交易所的首次成交确认，因此这一说法仍按社区报道处理，不宣布首日吸金多少。

已经核实的一手事实是：SEC的生效通知列明Bitwise NEAR ETF注册声明九月二十四日生效，九月二十五日被接收；同注册号的九月二十四日正式招股书写明代码NRR，目标提供NEAR持仓价格敞口，并寻求质押所得。持有的基础资产是NEAR，不是比特币；注册生效也不是监管机构保证收益或确认文本毫无风险。

为什么影响加密市场？我的独立判断是，更多资产获得标准化投资载体，可能降低部分账户配置加密资产的操作门槛。但菜单变宽不等于预算变大。如果投资者用原有加密预算调整权重，其他产品可能被分流；如果新账户带来新增资金，才可能形成更广泛的增量。两种路径目前都只是情景，不能凭一个上市话题宣布BTC资金被抽走，或所有币将一起上涨。

我会看基金份额、实际持仓日期与净申购变化，而不是把成交额当流入。同一份额在二级市场反复换手可以产生很大成交额，却不意味着信托买了同额代币。即便NEAR持仓增加，直接对应的也是该基金底层资产；对BTC的影响仍需BTC自身资金与价格承接证据。

市场实际表现：北京时间零点二十五分，币安BTC/USDT为83218，滚动二十四小时跌0.787%，低82775.94、高84563.99。价格在区间内，不能把这段回落归因于NEAR话题。83700是我自定回收确认线，不是机构目标价。

如果是我自己交易，目前不参与、仓位零，只考虑无杠杆现货多。完整小时收在83700上方，回踩83500至83700守住且实际平台交易提现正常，才用总资金最多0.3%试仓；84100减半、84550全平；83100硬止损，连续两小时收在83500下方也全平。触发前跌破82750取消，直接跳到目标不追，不补亏损仓。官方更正产品状态、资金证据与假设相反或确认失败，撤回参与判断。未触发不写成交或盈利。
