*Reason!*
The bond market crash will burn all the capital markets like Equities, Commodities, Crypto etc...

Right now Debt to GDP Ratio has reached 130%.
And it won't stop.

At time of 2002 crash it was only 60% and Us debt was less than $6T but now debt has reached $40T.

This reason is enough to bring Bond Market down.

Let me give u another reason which will burn Equities.

In 2000 PE ratio of S&P-500 at the time of .com peak was...

~28-30x trailing (current)
~25.2 forward (expected)

And when the bubble burst it went to ~46.5x

Reason why PE went to 46.5x?
Bcoz earnings fell faster than prices of stocks. Almost 50% earnings fell down as compared to price

And now?

Trailing PE: ~26.2x (current)
Forward PE: ~19.4x ( expected)
Based on previous 1 year data.

Cape: 41x (based on 10y data)

Smjhy? Ni smjhy? Same to same scene as .com bubble.

Ok let me give u another confluence no one will tell u not even any CFA... Only CA's 🤷‍♂️

*Lets compare S&P-500 PE vs 10-y Treasury yields.*

Right now Us 10-y yields around 5.30%.
S&P 500 trailing PE: Around 25–26×.
S&P 500 forward PE: Around 19–19.4x.

Lets calculate earning yield for an investor.

Earnings yield = 1 ÷ PE

So if forward PE = 19.4×:

1 ÷ 19.4 = 5.15%

That means the S&P 500's expected earnings yield is approximately 5.15%, while the 10-year Treasury is around 5.30%.

So the Equity Earnings Yield minus 10Y Treasury Yield is roughly 0.15%.
