How to Participate
During the Promotion Period, eligible users’ bStocks trading volume on Binance will automatically count toward their quarterly Spot Evaluation volume total at 3x the traded value. No additional registration is required.Please Note:
The 3x multiplier applies only to Spot Evaluation Trading Volume under the Affiliate Program, and does not affect commission payouts. Commissions for bStocks will be paid at the standard rate.
Example: If a user trades $100,000 in bStocks, it will count as $300,000 toward the Spot Evaluation trading volume during the Promotion Period, but the commissions you receive for bStocks will not be affected.

Common Rules for Affiliate Commission Evaluation:
Eligible users for evaluation include all Binance users, with the exception of:
Sub-accounts;
Binance brokers;
Binance Wealth users;
Users whose current commission rate is 0%;
Users who did not open a Binance Futures account (For Futures Evaluation Only);
Users without any referrals opening a Binance Futures account (For Futures Evaluation Only);
Users who are residing in a restricted region for the referral, Spot, and Futures products;
Users who violate the Binance Referral Terms and Conditions;
Users or persons based in restricted countries where the Affiliate Program is not available.
Referrals generated through the Co-Inviter Program will be counted toward the Affiliate’s evaluation, including eligible first-time traders and their trading volume. For more information about the Co-Inviter Program, please refer to the FAQ.
Evaluations for existing eligible users start at the beginning of the calendar month and last for three consecutive calendar months.
Please note that users who become eligible after the 15th of the month will begin their evaluation from the day of being eligible, and the evaluation will last until the end of the next 3 calendar months.
Example: User A became eligible for evaluation on 2026-08-17, his/her evaluation period will begin on 2026-08-17 until 2026-11-30.
Users can check their evaluation performance period and data by visiting the [Referral Pro Dashboard] and clicking on the [Futures Evaluation] or [Spot Evaluation] tab.
Upgrading of a commission tier generally takes effect by 08:00 (UTC) the next day after the user meets the criteria. In most cases, the upgrade is completed within a day, and for certain cases, up to 48 hours. Downgrading of a commission tier will be processed within 48 hours after the evaluation period ends.
Users who reached a higher tier in the previous evaluation must meet the same tier criteria in the following 3-month evaluation period to retain their affiliate benefits.
The evaluation will only assess users’ referral performance from the beginning of the evaluation period onward. Performance prior to the evaluation period will not be assessed.
Terms and Conditions:
These terms and conditions (“Promotion Terms”) govern users’ participation in the promotion above (“Promotion”). By participating in this Promotion, users agree to these Promotion Terms, and the following additional terms: (a) Binance Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Notice; all of which are incorporated by reference into these terms and conditions.
In the case of any inconsistency or conflict between these Promotion Terms, and any other incorporated terms, the provisions of these Promotion Terms shall prevail, followed by the  following in this order of precedence, and to the extent of such conflict: (a) Binance Terms and Conditions for Prize Promotions; (b) Binance Terms of Use; and (c) Binance Privacy Notice.
Only users who complete identity verification during the Promotion Period can qualify for rewards in the Promotion. The products or features referred to above may not be available in your region. Users are responsible for informing themselves about and observing any restrictions and/or requirements imposed with respect to the access to and use of Binance services in each country from which the services are accessed.
The evaluations of Spot and Futures, including their respective results and evaluation periods, are independent of one another.

The Futures Referral Program is exclusively available to users who are eligible to access Binance Futures. Participation may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions, regions, or for specific users in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
Users are responsible for informing themselves about and observing any restrictions and/or requirements imposed with respect to the access to and use of Binance Futures trading services in each country/region from which the services are accessed.
Binance reserves the right to disqualify a user’s reward eligibility if the account is involved in any dishonest behavior (e.g., wash trading, illegally bulk account registrations/logins, self dealing, or market manipulation). Binance further reserves the right to disqualify any participants who tamper with Binance program code, or interfere with the operation of Binance program code with other software.
Binance reserves the right at any time in its sole and absolute discretion to determine and/or amend or vary these terms and conditions without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating or suspending this Promotion, the eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any act to be done, and all Participants shall be bound by these amendments.
