Como fiz:

5. Defino os preços de venda por raridade: os comuns seguem o último preço de venda; os incomuns e raros são listados separadamente por preços mais altos, para vender sem pressa.

Lucro não realizado não é dinheiro no bolso: a liquidez de NFTs e moedas pequenas é baixa, então não dá para obter esse valor vendendo tudo de uma vez.
