Why in some random point in trading we feel that we have figured it out?
This happens because when our strategy is working everything is good and when we make two or three losses we think that something is wrong with it. But it's not true because any strategy in Trading is not 100% profitable every strategy has a win rate of maximum 70%.
So when our strategy is working everything is good but when that 30% hits us we suddenly feel that our strategy is not good enough and we moved to another one. But it's not the Solution.
We have to understand that in trading things never remains the same they always change. If your strategy is working in particular market condition it doesn't mean it will work in every condition. So we have two option in this case. First, we should adapt 2-3 strategies for different conditions or we should stick with the one and trade only if the conditions support our strategy.
It is also very important to understand which condition is currently market in and choosing strategy according to it.
So accepting the Loss is as important as accepting the Profit.
