BNB Update: Grinding Sideways, But the Supply Story Keeps Getting Stronger
BNB is trading in the $580–$605 zone, consolidating below the $600–$650 resistance band that's capped every rally attempt this year. RSI sits near neutral (~54), and price is hovering right around the 50-day EMA — no strong trend either way right now.
What's actually interesting is the supply side. BNB Chain just closed out another quarterly burn, pulling millions of tokens out of circulation on top of the real-time gas-fee burns under BEP95. Circulating supply is steadily grinding toward the 100M target. That's a structural tailwind even while price chops sideways.
The ETF angle is the wildcard: the VanEck spot BNB ETF on Nasdaq is live, but inflows have been thin so far — institutional demand hasn't shown up in size yet. Grayscale has also amended filings for its own spot BNB product, so more products could be coming.
Levels to watch:
Support: $563–$583
Resistance: $600–$650 (key breakout zone)
A weekly close above $600–$603 would be the strongest bullish signal on the table right now
My take: BNB looks like a "wait for confirmation" chart. The burn mechanics and on-chain activity (TVL, contract deployments) are genuinely strong fundamentals, but until ETF inflows pick up or price clears $650 with volume, this is more consolidation than trend.#BNB_Market_Update $BNB
