We are excited to share that Binance.com will soon become regulated in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). As part of this transition, we are changing how we provide services to you and updating our Privacy Notice.
Your data controller will depend on the specific Binance Services you use and where you reside. Binance Services will be offered by three regulated Binance entities: Nest Services Limited (current provider), Nest Clearing and Custody Limited and Nest Trading Limited (new providers). We are updating our Privacy Notice to explain that these entities will also each become data controllers in relation to the provision of different Binance Services. Further information is provided in our Privacy Notice.
These changes will take effect from 5 January 2026.
No, our collection of your personal data will remain as outlined in our Privacy Notice.
Data security remains a priority. We safeguard user funds by securing our platform with strict protocols and industry-leading technical measures. Learn more about our user protection approach at the Binance Privacy Portal.
You will continue to benefit from the same data subject rights outlined in our Privacy Notice.
