According to ChainCatcher, a blockchain researcher named Specter has revealed that an address that lost 50 million USDT due to a phishing attack has left a message for the attacker on the blockchain. The message states that a formal case has been filed, and substantial actionable intelligence has been gathered with the help of law enforcement, cybersecurity agencies, and various blockchain protocols.

The wallet address controlled by the attacker is now under 24/7 surveillance. The attacker has been given 48 hours to return 98% of the stolen assets to a specified address. If they comply, they can keep $1 million as a white hat bounty for discovering and disclosing the vulnerability. This offer is contingent on the attacker's full and timely cooperation.

If the funds are returned, the victim will consider the matter resolved and will not pursue further action. However, if the attacker refuses to cooperate, the case will be escalated through legal and international law enforcement channels to identify the attacker and hold them accountable for criminal and civil liabilities.

How to Participate

Reward Structure
Basic Commission: Every eligible creator receives a 20% commission. This commission is one-time per trade.Bonus Commission: At the end of each week, Binance will rank all eligible creators based on the basic commission they earn, where the top 100 eligible creators of the week can earn a bonus commission as per the table below. Binance will calculate the commission rewards of each qualified creator at the end of each week, and distribute the weekly commission rewards in USDC to their Funding Accounts by the following Thursday at 23:59 (UTC). Each week runs from Monday 00:00 (UTC) to Sunday 23:59 (UTC). Weekly commission rewards will only be distributed to users when its value is ≥ 0.1 USDC.
