Main habits I don’t see but must fix:
Impatience - entering too many times instead of waiting for one clean setup.
Revenge trades - quick re-entries after small losses.
Overconfidence in reversals - trying to “catch the top/bottom” instead of following the trend.
Checking the chart too often leads to over-adjusting and unnecessary exits.
Next month's focus:
Trade less, hold more.
Only trade trend setups or very clean breakouts.
After 2 consecutive losses → pause 24h.
Journal every entry: “Is this trend or countertrend? What’s my R:R?”
