We are witnessing near-complete orderflow commoditization. Near 90% of orderflow value are being captured by OFA or vertical integrations with builders.

Across all the Ethereum transaction's paid value (gas priority fees + builder tips), only ~12% are left in the public mempool.

Why solvers don’t get the token discounted deal same like the Market Makers, with all the V4 hooks launching who needs adoption? So in exchange they can promote certain liquidity source in routing by x bps.

They literally can auction off the orderflow they gets (wow, another PFOF)

this is exactly why u shouldn't trust onchain data blindly, but at the same time, a lot of the signals when reading into it.
