Me, it’s all simple. I don’t write any personalities—I'm just talking with the ones the developers intended.

In Telegram, the agent is signed as Claude, even though both the CC and Codex work under his name.

I don’t refer to him any other way than “dude,” and when I talk to other people, I call him a “dickhead.”

A Sadsack Employee

If you have an employee who, for some reason, has soured—somehow gotten tired of all your tasks and problems, doesn’t want to work with spark, and you keep thinking, “Damn, why is he so sad?” I wonder if he’s unhappy about something—maybe there’s something he doesn’t like?

Here’s a simple checklist:
1. Are you paying him well?
2. Is your company something you can be proud of?
3. Do you behave appropriately?
4. Do you give him the resources to show himself off?
5. Are there interesting challenges and goals for the company?
6. Do you care about the team?

If the answer to all questions is YES, but he’s still kind of sad, then ask yourself—what the hell am I even worrying about whether he’s dissatisfied? Maybe he’s the one who should start worrying: why are we so unhappy with him? Why, when we come home in the evening, do we think in tension about how to make him happy?

If in this post you recognized yourself—I recommend scheduling a one-on-one conversation with this person for tomorrow and telling him to his face, as it is, that from your side you’re doing everything for him, and he’s sad. And that you don’t like that you have to fuss about this, and that it’s a normal situation for him to worry about your opinion of him—not the other way around.

And watch his reaction and what he says in response. And if you’re afraid to say it to him directly because he might leave, remember: if you’re afraid to lose a person, then you’ve already lost him.

If you want the same, just ask the SS to write you an instruction on what to register where and what access to grant. It took me about 15 minutes to set it up for 4 sites across all 4 resources
