I am newbie in crypto please guys which coin should I buy more to cover my losses
$SOL I meet up with my guy and told him that I need something to invest my money in he told me that the best place to invest money is into trading.i ask him how to start trading , and he told me that all I need is to open account.so I opened binance acc,he asked me how much money I want to invest .I told him 1k$ and that is my lifetime saving .and he told me to put all the money on $SOL .I bought at 235$each. since then each day I wake up my money is going down.if I call him he will tell me to keep holding,I can't sleep anymore.one thing I hate In my life is gambling I don't know if trading is a gamble or where u can invest ur money.please I need advice
