I have a friend who runs a small online store & last month he let a script reorder stock automatically. Two days later he found it had burned most of his monthly budget on one supplier because nothing told it where to stop. Now he approves every payment by hand. That story came back to me when i looked closer at how @KITE AI 中文 (KITE) handles agent payments.

The problem is the same one he had. Either you approve everything yourself and the agent just sits waiting on you, or you give it full access and hope. Kites docs describe a third way. You create a spending session with a total budget and a pertransaction limit, approve it once, and the agent can spend inside that without asking again until it expires or runs out.

What made Kite click for me was the flow. The agent calls a service, the service answers 402 Payment Required with its terms, the Passport agent pays from the approved session & the service verifies the proof before delivering anything. So payment becomes part of the request itself instead of a separate step a human has to babysit.

The speed side looked deliberate too. Two onchain transactions, open and close, with thousands of offchain signed updates between them, sub hundred millisecond latency at $1 per million requests. That's the level where tiny agent payments start making sense.

The identity layers are what stopped me from dismissing Kite. A compromised session only affects one delegation, a compromised agent stays inside the limits the user set & user keys sit in local enclaves. My friends script had none of those walls.

Iam still not sure how Kite holds up once many agents and real money move through it at the same time though. Are session limits and layered identity genuinely enough to keep an agent economy safe at scale, or does the risk just move to how people set those limits in the first place? That is the question I'll be watching $KITE answer.

A friend of mine worked security at a bank with old-style vaults, 2 keyholders each with a key, neither alone opens anything. It wasnt about trusting either person more, it was about never letting the vault depend 1 persons judgment. If one keyholder got bribed, the vault stayed shut, only opening when enough independent keys showed up at once.

Thats basically the problem @Nillion Covenants solve. A Covenant seals a secret payload to a committee of nodes along with a release condition, on Blacklight L1, with NIL staked by operators just to join. The payload stays encrypted until enough nodes independently detect the trigger and post valid shares on-chain, reconstructing once the threshold is reached. No voting round, each node watches for its own trigger.

Three guarantees matter. Fewer than the threshold reveals nothing about the payload. The payload is committed upfront and checked on reveal, so nobody swaps the outcome after. Reconstruction is permissionless, no single releaser has to be honest and on time. A single compromised node cant expose anything, but a coalition reaching the threshold remains a real risk the design narrows, not eliminates.

Dusk on Ethereum matters because it's the foundation phase, sealing an instruction to a condition, published on Ethereum, unreadable until met. It's the cryptography and node network every later phase builds on.

The direction points toward private stop losses, sealedbid auctions, timelocked disclosure, and deadman switches, though Dusk currently runs on a narrower set of price triggers.

Skyglow interests me more than Darkfall. Darkfall extends the primitive across EVM chains. Skyglow separates a Covenants two halves so a condition on one chain releases a secret on another, a crosschain trigger without a bridge.

Node operators earn ETH from escrow plus NIL emissions weighted by stake. Unresolved: whether markup competition stays healthy as operators compete on price.

After watching $ORDER explode past 100% yesterday, now APR is getting interesting.

APR is already up 73.34% at $0.04370. Around $0.0504 would put its 24h gain near 100%. That's only another 15% from here!

$IRYS is getting the headlines, but $IN is starting to interest me more. 👀

IRYS is still up over 250%, yet its price remains nearly 82% below yesterday's $0.50406 spike. That's a lot of selling pressure behind one green number.

$BIRB has slipped from $0.18465 to $0.17033, while $IN has climbed from $0.04157 to $0.04556 on Futures. Buyers seem more active in IN right now.

Three massive pumps, but would you trust any of these charts? 👀

$IRYS jumped 1,965.82% from its 24h low of $0.02440 to $0.50406. Now it's at $0.09131, nearly 82% below the peak. That huge upper wick and heavy selling make me cautious. Buyers clearly couldn't defend the pump.

$FOREST climbed roughly 549% from $0.018387 to $0.119265, then dropped to $0.053043. Its $16.13M market cap versus $53.02M FDV also makes me curious about future token supply.

$BIRB looks stronger to me. It reached $0.20325 and pulled back to $0.15103, but its hourly Supertrend remains bullish near $0.09927. Buyers haven't given back nearly as much as they did on $IRYS .

Personally, I'd avoid rushing into IRYS and watch whether BIRB can defend $0.14–$0.15.
