After a two-week pause, Strategy purchased 950 BTC for $75.7 million between Sept. 14 and Sept. 20, according to its latest SEC filing. The company paid an average of $79,670 per Bitcoin, including fees.
The purchase brings Strategyโs total holdings to 846,000 BTC, acquired for roughly $63.8 billion at an average cost of $75,416 per BTC.
Strategy also repurchased $174 million of STRC preferred shares during the same week and did not sell shares through its ATM program.
The latest move shows that Strategy continues to allocate corporate cash toward Bitcoin while also managing its preferred-stock capital structure.
