19日Solstice把部分区块奖励从矿工转向服务。首季过渡后，服务份额继续提高，需要Filecoin Pay季度结算量达标；未被服务份额承接的计划差额才进入销毁。这里有两笔不同的钱：奖励是网络补贴，客户购买存储服务才带来外部收入。持币者要判断的，是补贴能否换来持续付费。

截至22日23时，完整24小时成交1661万USDT、买盘45.2%；同期AR跌6.89%、WAL跌3.22%。FIL成交是AR的5.6倍，流动性更深，跌幅却更大。此前19日晚那篇6小时买盘52.5%，最新同长度窗口降到45.6%，承接已转弱。

Filecoin activa Solstice: incentivos para servicios pagados

Filecoin activó Solstice, su actualización de red v29, el 19 de octubre de 2026. El blog oficial explicó el cambio ese mismo día y la página de estado dio por terminado el mantenimiento a las 13:59 UTC. Es una novedad de esta semana, no un lanzamiento ocurrido hoy.

La FIP-0118 retira el sistema Filecoin Plus/DataCap y reorganiza las recompensas de bloque entre consenso, servicios y un componente residual de quema. Los orquestadores registrados son operadores que desarrollan productos, integraciones y captación de clientes para convertir la infraestructura en servicios que la gente pague.

Hay un matiz: durante el primer trimestre, la cuota de servicios aumenta como parte del arranque. Después, los incrementos adicionales quedan condicionados a alcanzar objetivos de pagos liquidados mediante Filecoin Pay. No basta con anunciar capacidad o sumar usuarios registrados.

La quema depende de las reglas del reparto: no es una tasa fija ni demuestra por sí sola que la oferta total de FIL esté disminuyendo. También importan la gobernanza y la calidad de la medición; contabilizar pagos no elimina automáticamente el riesgo de actividad artificial.

Como contexto, el 22/10 a las 22:40 UTC, Binance mostraba FIL en 0,9792 USDT (-7,66% en 24 h) y BTC en 81.376,00 USDT (-3,82%). Estas variaciones no permiten atribuir la caída de FIL a Solstice.

Mi lectura: la reforma busca acercar los incentivos al uso económico. La prueba será atraer clientes recurrentes y generar demanda sostenible; una actualización de protocolo no garantiza una subida del token.

币圈往事 009｜他卖矿机收人民币，押金却按币交，一台机器三百八十个币锁五百四十天

2021 年 11 月 4 日夜里，上海闵行新龙路，一栋写字楼的三层。玻璃门上贴了一张打印纸，写着公司员工在家办公，有事请拨客服电话。门从外面锁着。里头没人。

同一个夜里，江苏丰县的警察在上海、武汉、深圳同时进门。

带走三十一个人。扣下以太坊、泰达币、FIL，折人民币四亿上下。创始人兼董事长房俊，从那晚起没再公开露过面。

要命的地方长在质押上，矿机按人民币卖，押金按币交，客户付出去的是钱，被锁进链上的是币。行情往上，这两笔看着是一回事。往下走。差的是本金。

这家的货分三种。整机、托管，还有按 T 卖的云算力。买云算力那批人最省事，连机箱都摸不到，合同上写的是算力，被押进链上的是币。机器长什么样，他们压根不知道。

Filecoin 把硬盘切成扇区，一块 32GiB。矿工想往链上写数据，先押币，一个扇区 0.16 个 FIL 上下。一台标称 96TB 的机器，有效算力六十四 TiB，切出两千多个扇区，三百多个币压在那儿。扇区默认五百四十天到期，到期才退。

退的是币，不是钱。钱没了。那客户手里那张合同算什么？一张写着算力的收据。

挖出来的奖励也不给全。一区块的钱两成五当场到账，剩下七成五要分一百八十天慢慢放。钱就这么锁住的。两头堵。

2021 年 4 月，一个 FIL 二百三十八美元。三百多个币压在链上，折四十多万人民币，差不多是同规格机箱加硬盘的三倍。铁不值钱，押金才值钱。

很多人以为这门生意赚的是硬盘差价。其实翻链上账本才看得清，赚的是兑换加锁仓这道手续，行情越好这道手续越贵。就这么回事。

4 月 1 日价格见顶，从年初算上来十倍。那会儿大容量硬盘全国断货，嘉合劲威公开喊 SSD 供货告急，5 月 A 股连硬盘概念都能拉一波。全在抢货。

也是 4 月，星际联盟宣布和抚州高新区合建大数据产业园，总投资八十五亿，占地一百五十亩。

再往前四个月，抚州高新区产业基金拿近亿元投了它的 A 轮。那只基金往上穿透，股东是高新区财政局。

政府基金进场那一下，看着已经上岸了。

官网自己写着全球两百多家 IDC 数据中心。2019 年 6 月成立，2020 年 1 月拿到第一笔几百万天使投资，两年半做到 Filecoin 最大的矿机商之一。房俊持股四成四。

公告的日期特别有意思。我一条条对着看下来。

抓人第二天，公司发公告，说有嫌疑人采购时付的钱疑似非法所得，公司应警方要求把技术账号和权限交了出去，绝大部分同事配合完就回去上班，同一天它又发一条，说媒体过度解读。

11 月 6 日，徐州市公安局的通报挂上网，定性网络传销犯罪。

两条公告，隔一天。

还有个日期。抚州高新区那只基金退出股东，是 10 月 13 日。离警察进门二十二天。二十二天。

排队等过机器的人，机器在仓库落灰，币锁在链上，公司门口那张纸还贴着。真到手的只有币。基本全赔。矿机这行当到现在，就剩按斤卖。

房俊后来判了几年，公开渠道找不到一份能核实的判决。传销案卷宗不公开，这案子最后落成什么样，没人说得清。

FIL 现在一块零三。从二百三十八跌下来，百分之九十九点五。盘口还有量。

🚨 Filecoin says genesis vesting has ended, cutting one source of new FIL entering circulation by roughly 75%.

But the bigger change is what the network wants to reward next.

In its October 15 update, Filecoin described a shift toward rewarding services that bring paying customers onto the network.

Under the Solstice mechanism, a growing share of block rewards is intended to go to customer-serving services. Unearned portions of that allocation are burned rather than distributed.

At the same time, products such as Fil One are building commercial routes for enterprise storage demand.

Here's the distinction.

Lower token inflows can reduce one source of selling pressure. But token scarcity alone doesn't create sustainable demand.

The stronger case for $FIL would be a network where enterprises and AI applications pay for storage, providers earn from real customers, and useful network activity grows.

That economic loop is the thesis—not simply the AI narrative.

The evidence to watch is paid storage demand, recurring revenue, network usage and the actual implementation of the reward changes.
