The next tagged $0.0299 and closed at $0.0255 on 115 million. It's up about 11.5% in 24 hours on $8.7 million of Binance spot volume, while Bitcoin and Ethereum are red.

I found no headline I could verify behind the move — this is tape, not a story. And the tape cuts both ways: two enormous candles failed to hold above $0.029, so the breakout stays unconfirmed until that ceiling breaks on a close.

The floor is $0.0235, defended by both candles; the ceiling is $0.0299. A 4-hour close under $0.0235 kills the breakout read.
