Task 77 introduces an important improvement to that process: connecting payment with ATV submission so the related transaction can be submitted automatically to the ATV Council.
At first, that sounds like a simple UX upgrade.
But there’s a deeper infrastructure question here.
If recording legitimate transactions becomes easier, ATV could capture a broader picture of where $ITL is actually being used — across products, services, categories and regions.
The important distinction is:
