Imagine buying into a new business, watching your investment skyrocket, then the owners suddenly take the money and disappear.

🔹 Unlocked liquidity — If the team can freely withdraw liquidity, that's a major risk.
🔹 Selling restrictions — Check whether ordinary wallets can actually sell the token.
🔹 Extreme hype with no substance — “100x guaranteed,” “next Bitcoin,” and endless promises of overnight wealth should make you cautious.
🔹 Highly concentrated supply — If a few wallets control a huge portion of the supply, one large sell-off could crush the price.
🔹 Anonymous or unverified team — Not automatically a scam, but combined with other red flags, it deserves extra caution.
🔹 Suspicious smart-contract permissions — Look beyond the chart. Contract controls can matter more than the price action.
