#BTC Rallies to 72.5k

Currently up over 12% in 24 hours after US Treasury Yields dropped and Crypto regulatory expectations were defined yesterday.

While the market in general is massively overextended and should be topping out soon...

It's also behaving irrationally and cannot be trusted.

When this happens, I usually wait a couple of days to trade, to let the market cool down. If you insist on trading today, lean towards longs.

Shorts are VERY risky RN.

I plan to identify some key levels to watch for later today in my YT vid.

#BTC Liquidation Long Delta

LLD is now at 35 billion.

In all my years of analyzing crypto, I've never seen anything over 40B.

This suggests the tentative top is in and longs are past due for liquidation.

Probably high leverage longs, which are close by.

#BTC Low Liquidity (Macro) = Swept ☑️

With the buy-side liquidity cleared, there is still a huge pool of long liquidations at 60 - 62k.

If price drops back below 67k, we could see a move lower to target the large low liquidation cluster near 62k.

However, it's important to respect the trend right now, which is definitely up.

I just want to remind you to be cautious as we move into late August and early September.

Sunday Low = Wednesday Pivot High

This intra-week setup has occurred in 14 of the past 19 instances.

Monday established a pivot low, which suggests that (if the usual intra-week pattern remains intact), Wednesday will form a pivot high.

Historically, a Wednesday pivot high tends to influence price action into Thursday.

That said, the mid-week pivot did not materialize last week, which may indicate a shift in algorithmic behavior.

I'll be looking for a sweep of liquidity in the upper 65k range before shorting.

BTC is still on track, and everything seems to be in order. I'm not even thinking about shorting it at this point, and I wouldn't suggest anyone else do it either. No changes here—I'm still anticipating a move up to $67,000.
