My Binance Pick Today: $GOOGL , Cloud is the real test, not Search

My Pick: $GOOGL beats expectations.

Wall Street expects around $3.00-$3.02 EPS and $127.92B revenue, with revenue up nearly 25% year-on-year. That's the number I'm watching most, but Cloud is the real story.

Why I'm bullish:

- Google Cloud is the central focus, with Q2 Cloud revenue at $24.8B and a backlog of $514B.
- Alphabet has topped consensus EPS estimates in eight consecutive quarters.
- Gemini and AI demand are still driving Cloud, and Search / ads have held up better than feared.

The risk, honestly:

- Capex is the big test. Alphabet raised full-year 2026 capex guidance to $195B-$205B. If Cloud is strong but spending / free cash flow disappoints, even a beat can sell off.
- Options are pricing about a 6.4% move, and the Fed decision lands the same day, so volatility will be messy.

My take: I picked $GOOGL to beat on earnings, driven by Cloud. But I'm not chasing before the print, the guidance matters more than the headline EPS.
