The Stellar Development Foundation and PwC have released a financial inclusion framework to evaluate the effectiveness of emerging market blockchain projects. The framework, which focuses on access, quality, trust, and usage, aims to help projects scientifically measure their impact on financial inclusion. Using this framework, the teams found that blockchain payment solutions have significantly increased access to financial products by lowering fees to 1% or less, and have also increased the speed of payments and helped users avoid inflation.
