9月8日上午，Telegram在多个国家和地区出现服务异常，大批用户无法正常发送消息、加载内容或登录，部分通话功能也受到影响。

新加坡故障报告一度接近4000宗，马来西亚和越南也出现大量类似情况。部分地区随后陆续恢复服务。

目前没有可靠信息证实此次故障由网络攻击引起。

Las transacciones se hacían en cripto para dificultar el rastreo, pero la coordinación entre agencias logró seguir el rastro y congelar los fondos antes de que se dispersaran.

Esto no es nuevo, pero el monto sí llama la atención. Es uno de los mayores congelamientos vinculados a fraudes en Telegram este año.
