这次不是XRP又多了一个“喊多的人”，而是华尔街准备多出一只真正把XRP装进资产负债表的股票。

先把细节说准：截至10月6日，Evernorth与Armada II的SPAC合并已经获得股东批准，最终交割预计10月7日完成，随后计划于10月8日登陆纳斯达克，代码 $XRPN.US 。所以严格来说，现在已经走到上市前最后一步。

我觉得真正有意思的不是“又一家加密公司上市”。

而是Evernorth在交割后预计持有约 4.73亿枚$XRP ，并有望成为全球最大的纯XRP上市财库公司之一；交易预计还将带来约3亿美元现金募集。

这意味着什么？

以前传统投资者想押注XRP，主要盯币价、ETF；现在又多了一条路：直接买一家把XRP当核心储备资产、还试图通过链上策略提高每股XRP含量的上市公司。

这套路是不是很眼熟？

Strategy当年就是把“公司”做成了$BTC 资本市场入口。

所以我现在最想看的不是XRPN上市第一天涨多少，而是：
如果XRP财库模式跑通，会不会出现第二家、第三家Evernorth？
