Aave LLC filed an emergency motion May 4, 2026, asking a New York federal court to lift a restraining order freezing 30,766 $ETH
— about $73M — recovered after the April 18 Kelp DAO rsETH exploit. The funds were frozen by Arbitrum’s Security Council post-hack and later blocked by a May 1 court order.
