一、#bybit 起诉朝鲜:首例
8/8 加密交易所 Bybit 正式起诉朝鲜民主主义人民共和国、其情报机构侦察总局(RGB),以及臭名昭著的 Lazarus Group。
一年半前的 2025 年 2 月 21 日,Lazarus 从 Bybit 热钱包盗走 15 亿美元——史上最大加密盗窃案之一。
昨天的法院文件显示,联邦法官已经下初步禁令,冻结部分被盗资产。
这是加密犯罪史上的第一次:一家交易所直接起诉国家级行为体,法院真的冻结了资产。
传票送不到平壤没关系,资产冻结令送得到链上。
Bybit 在声明里说得很清楚——"将寻求法院的进一步救济"。翻译成人话就是:这事没完。
二、#Clarity 法案:推迟到 9 月 = 死亡

کرپٹو کی دنیا میں ایک بار پھر سیکیورٹی اور ہیکنگ کا معاملہ خبروں میں ہے۔ بڑے کرپٹو ایکسچینج Bybit نے شمالی کوریا، اس کے انٹیلی جنس ادارے Reconnaissance General Bureau اور مبینہ ہیکنگ گروپ Lazarus Group کے خلاف امریکی وفاقی عدالت میں مقدمہ دائر کر دیا ہے۔
یہ کیس فروری 2025 میں ہونے والے اس بڑے سائبر حملے سے متعلق ہے جس میں Bybit سے 4 لاکھ سے زیادہ ETH اور Staked ETH چوری کیے گئے تھے۔ حملے کے وقت ان اثاثوں کی مجموعی مالیت تقریباً 1.5 ارب ڈالر تھی، جس نے اسے کرپٹو تاریخ کی سب سے بڑی چوریوں میں شامل کر دیا۔
امریکی FBI پہلے ہی اس حملے کو شمالی کوریا سے منسلک ہیکرز سے جوڑ چکا ہے۔ حملے کے بعد چوری شدہ فنڈز کو مختلف والٹس، کراس چین سروسز اور کرپٹو مکسنگ سروسز کے ذریعے منتقل کیا گیا، جس کی وجہ سے ان کی ٹریکنگ مزید مشکل ہوتی گئی۔
Bybit نے عدالت سے کیا مطالبہ کیا؟
Bybit نے واشنگٹن ڈی سی کی وفاقی عدالت سے رجوع کرتے ہوئے کچھ ایسے اثاثوں کو عارضی طور پر منجمد کروانے میں کامیابی حاصل کی ہے جنہیں چوری شدہ فنڈز سے منسلک سمجھا جا رہا ہے۔
عدالت کا ابتدائی حکم متعلقہ افراد یا اداروں کو ان اثاثوں کو فروخت کرنے، منتقل کرنے یا ضائع کرنے سے روکتا ہے۔ تاہم یہ ابھی حتمی فیصلہ نہیں ہے کہ ان اثاثوں کی ملکیت یا قانونی ذمہ داری کس کی ہے۔
Bybit کا کہنا ہے کہ کمپنی حملے کے بعد سے قانون نافذ کرنے والے اداروں، ریگولیٹرز، دیگر کرپٹو پلیٹ فارمز اور سیکیورٹی ماہرین کے ساتھ مل کر چوری شدہ رقم کی واپسی کی کوشش کر رہی ہے۔
کرپٹو مارکیٹ کے لیے اس کا کیا مطلب ہے؟
یہ مقدمہ صرف Bybit کے لیے اہم نہیں بلکہ پوری کرپٹو انڈسٹری کے لیے ایک اہم مثال بن سکتا ہے۔
اگر عدالت کے ذریعے مزید چوری شدہ فنڈز فریز یا واپس حاصل کیے جاتے ہیں تو اس سے یہ پیغام جائے گا کہ بلاک چین پر ہونے والی ٹرانزیکشنز کو مکمل طور پر چھپانا آسان نہیں۔ دوسری طرف، ایسے واقعات ایکسچینجز کے لیے مضبوط سیکیورٹی سسٹمز اور بہتر فنڈ مانیٹرنگ کی ضرورت بھی واضح کرتے ہیں۔
صارفین کے لیے سب سے اہم بات یہ ہے کہ بڑے ہیکس کے بعد صرف نقصان برداشت کرنے کے بجائے قانونی اور تکنیکی دونوں راستوں سے فنڈز کی ریکوری کی کوشش کی جا رہی ہے۔
یہ کیس ابھی جاری ہے اور Bybit کو چوری شدہ اثاثوں کی مکمل واپسی کے لیے مزید قانونی کارروائی کرنا ہوگی۔
