I want to warn the Binance P2P community about this trader based on what I have observed over the past 2 days.
This user repeatedly posts ads and then, after around 10–15 minutes, appears to refresh, renew, or edit the ad. However, the orders are not being properly completed.
As a result, sellers who place an order to sell USDT can have their funds locked for the full 3-hour payment/order timer. After the timer expires, the order is automatically cancelled, leaving the seller’s funds and time stuck for hours.
⚠️ Please be careful and avoid trading with this user until the situation is clarified.
If you have experienced the same issue, please report the trader to Binance and provide screenshots/order details as evidence.
Stay safe and always check a trader’s completion rate, feedback, and trading history before accepting a P2P order.
🇺🇸From the "CLARITY Act" to Naming Hyperliquid, What New Signals Did This White House Meeting Release?
📌Trump Draws the Policy Main Line: Keep Innovation in America, Make Rules Clear as Soon as Possible
The core of Trump's speech is very clear: America must not only maintain its lead in the fields of Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies, but also strive to dominate in prediction markets, artificial intelligence, and financial technology.
At the legislative level, Trump's speech also urged Congress to continue advancing the "Digital Asset Market Clarity Act" (abbreviated as the "CLARITY Act").
The bill seeks to clarify the regulatory division of labor between the SEC and CFTC in the digital asset space, while establishing registration and compliance systems for digital commodity trading platforms, brokers, and issuers.
📌Trump Specifically Names Hyperliquid
After introducing the CFTC's approval for U.S.-regulated exchanges to launch Bitcoin perpetual futures, Trump also specifically mentioned Hyperliquid.
Trump stated that he understands CFTC Chairman Michael S. Selig is working hard to push Hyperliquid to enter the U.S. market in a "fully compliant and legal" manner. However, this was just Trump's statement at the meeting; the video did not announce that Hyperliquid has been approved to enter the U.S., nor did it disclose registration methods or timelines.
📌CFTC and SEC First Use Existing Authorities to Pave the Way CFTC Chairman Michael S. Selig stated that if the "CLARITY Act" is passed, the CFTC is prepared to implement the relevant systems; before Congress completes legislation, regulatory agencies will also use existing authorities to advance the Trump administration's innovation policies. He also previewed that more regulatory pathways will be announced at the first meeting of the Innovation Advisory Committee.
SEC Chairman Paul Atkins focused on introducing the SEC's proposed "Regulation Crypto Assets" rule draft on August 18. The proposal seeks to provide specialized fundraising paths for specific investment contracts involving crypto assets
