Binance is preparing to resume Phase 1 of withdrawal services on November 1, 2026, between 06:00 and 09:00 UTC.
🇵🇰 Pakistan Time: 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM
✅ Services expected to become available in Phase 1:
Internal crypto transfers
Binance Pay transfers
Crypto withdrawals from Binance Wallet
P2P/C2C selling
⏳ Still restricted: Transfers from an Exchange account to Binance Wallet will resume according to the phased rollout and supported networks.
⚠️ Important: Services will return gradually, so availability may vary. Check Binance’s official announcements for the latest confirmation before making transactions.

Binance is preparing to resume phase one of withdrawals on 2026-11-01 between 06:00 and 09:00 (UTC). Withdrawals will be restored gradually, so availability may differ by product during this window.

Available from 06:00 UTC:
• Internal transfer from the Crypto Withdrawal page – Available
• Sending assets to other Binance users via Binance Pay – Available
• Crypto withdrawal from Binance Wallet – Available
• P2P/C2C sell – Available

Still gated:
• Asset transfer from Exchange account to Binance Wallet – Follows the phased opening. It will appear once your asset's network is included in an activated phase.
