I score early crypto opportunities before they happen, then post the results. 9 years as investor, community manager and builder. Monk’s soul, predator’s focus.
I've posted every day for 5 days to the free Ptah draw.
Here's what happened.
Day 4 results: - 12,288 cards posted, down from 23,044 on Day 3. - 500 won, 6,066 $PTAH each, about $19.7. - Odds improved from about 1 in 46 to about 1 in 25.
Almost half the people stopped posting. Their loss made everyone else's odds better.
Day 5 pool is about $7K, so around $14 per winner. Smaller prize, but still free.
I'm not a winner yet, but I won't give up. The Day 5 draw is at 04:44 UTC.
May 2019: hackers took 7,000 BTC from Binance. My balance didn't lose a single satoshi.
Today felt like deja vu, just much bigger.
At 20:24 UTC on Oct 29, billions left Binance hot wallets in minutes. My heart dropped when the alerts came in. Then I watched something I've never seen at this scale: - Tether froze 1.567B USDT - Circle froze 800M+ USDC - Ripple and Paxos froze funds too - Binance now confirms $2.54B frozen, and says that number can still grow
In about an hour, the industry moved together and locked the attacker out. Frozen stablecoins can't be moved or swapped.
Here's what nobody tells you about today's $HYPE pump today: ICE, the parent of the NYSE, tried to stop Hyperliquid first!
Earlier this year, ICE asked US regulators to rein it in.
Here's what happened today: - ICE signed a deal with trade[XYZ] to bring 24/7 perpetual futures on Hyperliquid to the US - Stan Druckenmiller, a legendary macro investor who almost never posts, went on X to say he's an investor and wants to use the product himself - Elon Musk quoted him with one word: "Interesting" - $HYPE jumped more than 15%, past $93
Remember when people said stablecoins would never leave the trading screen?
Visa just told the market its stablecoin settlement run rate passed $25 billion a year. That’s 10x in a year. It was about $3.5B in late 2025, around $7B by April, $20B in early September, and now $25B.
What makes it feel different: 225+ card programs, 10 blockchains, and it’s being said calmly on an earnings call. No hype. Just infrastructure.
Painful lesson: I burned 85% of my free Binance AI Pro credits with one simple prompt!
Binance gives free users 250,000 credits a month. I picked Claude Sonnet 5.5 because it's the smartest, without checking the number next to it: 2.79X. GPT 6 Luna is 0.09X.
211,629 credits gone in a single prompt.
Don't be like me. Here's how I pick a model now: - Simple task (rewrite, summary, quick question): the cheapest model - Medium task (research, comparing options): a mid-priced one - Hard task (long analysis, multi-step reasoning): the expensive one, only when the cheap one fails
Most people count the prize. Smart people count the odds. 🧠
Free Ptah draw, what one card is worth on average: - Day 1: 9,109 cards, about $17.4K pool, about $1.91 per card - Day 2: 20,928 cards, about $22.3K pool, about $1.06 per card - Day 3: 23,044 cards, about $10.7K pool, about $0.46 per card
Entry still costs $0. But cards grow faster than the pool, so each one is worth less every day. Day 3 winners got about $21 each, at odds of about 1 in 46.
Still no win for me after 3 draws, but I won't give up. The Day 4 draw is at 04:44 UTC.
Nobody talks about this, but Day 3 of the free PTAH draw pays less than half of Day 2!
Day 2 results: - 20,928 cards posted. 500 won. - Each winner got 12,437 PTAH, about $44.5 at payout. - The real odds were about 1 in 42, down from 1 in 18 on Day 1.
I wasn't lucky again, but I won't give up.
Day 3 is where the mining output gets cut in half. The pool is about $10.6K so far, so roughly $21 per winner if the card count stays the same. It won't: minted cards are already past 36K.
