I’m watching this one closely because the story is bigger than just the chart.
$LDO crashed to around $0.235 in June 2026 and has since started rebuilding. Historically, this token has shown how violently it can move once momentum returns:
Obviously, past pumps don't guarantee another one. But the current setup is interesting.
Lido still holds a huge position in Ethereum liquid staking, with 9.13M ETH staked at the end of H1 2026.
More importantly, institutional adoption of stETH is expanding. Anchorage Digital became the first federally chartered US bank to custody and mint wstETH, while WisdomTree's stETH ETP continued growing.
And there is something many traders are overlooking:
Lido's DAO has actually been accumulating LDO.
The H1 report shows strategic purchases at average prices of $0.33 and $0.25, while the LDO Accumulation Program returned 14.8M LDO to the treasury at an average $0.30.
Then there's NEST.
Lido launched an on-chain mechanism designed to use protocol revenue/surplus to acquire LDO. That's a much more direct connection between protocol economics and the token than LDO had historically.
BUT there is one major thing I don't ignore: LDO liquidity has weakened significantly. A recent DAO proposal noted average daily volume around $33M over the previous three months versus ~$96M a year earlier, which is why a contingent market-making mandate was proposed.
So for me, $0.43 is not the “moon” level.
I want to see LDO reclaim and hold the ~$0.45 area first.
If momentum expands: $0.45 → $0.50 → $0.60 → $0.68
And a clean break above the 2026 high around $0.68 would completely change the structure.
Above that, the old $0.90–$1.00 zone becomes interesting.
The bigger question isn't whether LDO can move.
It already has. The question is whether volume + Ethereum strength + Lido adoption can finally bring buyers back into the token.
