A lot of novice traders struggle to ascertain which trading timeframe is the best. But what they don't know is that their is nothing like Holy Grail timeframe in trading. You may find this difficult to believe, but, your success as a trader largely depends on understanding the trading style that suits you best.
It's a natural rule of thumb that, among us humans some are more patience than others. Patience is fundamental to every trading style, ranging from waiting for your setup to materialize to waiting for your analysis to play out. Therefore, gauging your level of patience is crucial to your success as a trader.
Some people can hold a position for days or even months, with an unwavering conviction, and that helps them a lot to avoid making irrational decision and maximize their profits. While others on the other hand ,are polar opposite, holding a position for a days feels more herculean than they could handle. And that feeling make them exit a good trade prematurely or even worse, turn a good trade into bad one by impulsively trying to force their bias to the market.
On that note, as Trader, your propensity to clearly determine your level of patience is very important. And that is what will guide your decision in choosing the best timeframe relative to your trading style.
