We are pleased to announce that a new alternative to Jev is now live on http://Qtum.ai. Users can easily access Laya by navigating to our Decision panel. To ensure optimal performance and reliability, we are running this service entirely on our own hardware infrastructure.
Created to function similarly to Jev, this new tool is currently provided in three distinct configurations to suit your requirements: standard Laya, Multilingual Decision, and Laya Typed Decisions. The pricing model is highly accessible, costing just 2.1 cents for every 1 million inputs, while all generated output is provided completely free of charge.
According to the chart shown below, Laya claims to yield better decisions than Jev across a variety of specific operational choices. These evaluation categories encompass Moderation, E-mail Spam, Phishing, Model Routing, and Tech Support Triage.
For those interested in exploring the underlying code, the official GitHub repository can be found at https://github.com/NandhaKishorM/laya. Finally, as a quick point of transparency, the image featured in this post was taken directly from that repository.
We are thrilled to bring a new update to the http://Qtum.ai community. When you access the Decision panel, you will now find Laya available as a fantastic alternative to Jev. For optimal performance and reliability, we are hosting this system entirely on our own hardware.
Users can select from 3 different formats when working with this tool. Your choices include the standard Laya, Multilingual Decision, or Laya Typed Decisions. We have also established a highly affordable pricing structure, charging only 21 cents per 1 million inputs, while all output is provided completely free.
Even though it was specifically developed to be similar to Jev, Laya claims to make better decisions across several different categories. You can review the chart referenced below to see how it outperforms Jev on choices involving Tech Support Triage, Model Routing, Phishing, E-mail Spam, and Moderation. Please note that the image displayed in this post was pulled directly from the official Laya github repo.

The arrival of $USDC on the Qtum network over the next few weeks presents an excellent opportunity to reevaluate our approach to privacy. We consider confidentiality to be a crucial foundational layer for building a stronger and more versatile ecosystem on our platform.
To lay the groundwork for this initiative, we have officially partnered with a security firm to perform a comprehensive audit of Qtum Core this October. As soon as this assessment is finalized, our team will launch the development phase of our new privacy solution.
Our focus on this area actually dates back 6 years ago, when we first published a whitepaper exploring privacy options for Qtum. You can still view the original publication at https://eprint.iacr.org/2020/156.pdf. Within that text, we outlined our vision: "We propose an efficient privacy protocol using zk-SNARKs based on smart contracts. It helps to make several decentralized applications, like digital assets, stable coins, and payments, confidential."
We ultimately had to suspend that initial development effort because multiple exchanges warned us that implementing such features would result in delisting. Fortunately, the broader industry narrative surrounding these technologies has shifted significantly since 2020.
Even though that early paper is somewhat dated now, the core reality remains unchanged: Qtum is perfectly positioned to integrate Phantom tech directly into our UTXO+EVM layer1 stack. Consequently, we are currently drafting an updated and modernized version of our privacy whitepaper.
We will be sure to keep the community fully informed as we make progress on these exciting developments.
We are pleased to share that Qwen 3.8 27b is now integrated into the Qtum AI Router. Usage is priced at $0.30 per 1m tokens in and $1.18 per 1m tokens out. Running on an FP16 quant configuration, this vision enabled model provides a generous 262k Context window and processes data at a swift rate of 55 token/s. For some perspective on its widespread demand, OpenRouter processes roughly 260 billion tokens / week with this same model, currently charging a higher rate of $2.00 per 1m tokens out.
Operating as a locally installed application on Win/Mac systems, DreamZo is an intuitive AI video composer that relies on your personal hardware to generate video.
This platform gives you the ability to transform any concept into a fully finished product, requiring absolutely zero background knowledge to get started. The software is so accessible and easy to use that you could even create a delightful short video simply to show your kids.
We are pleased to report that the Qtum @huggingface account has accumulated nearly 43k downloads in a span of under 3 weeks. The DeepSeek-V4-Flash-0731 GGUF model is currently responsible for more than half of those figures. Alongside these developments, we recently introduced DeepSeekV4Flash-Vision-Exp and have also spent time working on Qwen 3.8 Flash as well as GLM 5.3 Flash.
The MiniMax H3 model from @MiniMax_AI has officially been integrated into the Qtum AI Video platform. This update provides an incredibly economical solution for creators, coming in at a significantly lower price point than competing models. Users can now produce 15-second clips in either 720p or 2k resolution. As a practical example of these savings, generating the 15s 720p video displayed below required a mere 1326 credits, which is roughly equivalent to a single dollar.
You can now access the Text-to-Video capabilities of Seedance 2.5 directly at https://Qtum.ai. We have eliminated the need for any registration or signup process so you can get started right away. Simply sign in using the Qtum MetaMask snap to begin generating. Additionally, a fair pricing model guarantees that you only spend funds on the exact usage you require, with payments conveniently accepted in either $Qtum or $USDT.
