At 18:49 UTC on October 30, CryptoQuant's partial daily data showed +3,366 BTC in netflow at OKX and +1,723 BTC at Bybit. Combined, the two exchanges recorded +5,088 BTC. Coinbase Advanced moved in the opposite direction with −4,012 BTC.

Against the past year of CryptoQuant daily data, OKX's current print ranks as the second-largest BTC inflow day. Bybit ranks fourth, while Coinbase is recording its eighth-largest outflow day.

Positive netflow means more BTC entered labeled exchange wallets than left. Negative netflow means the reserve moved the other way. These figures do not prove that the same coins left Coinbase and arrived at OKX or Bybit. They show three unusual exchange-flow events developing at the same time.

Binance withdrawals remain paused, so its near-zero intrabar flow cannot be read as confidence returning. The more interesting response is appearing across other venues.

The real test comes when Binance reopens withdrawals. If this split survives the reopening, we may be looking at a real redistribution of liquidity across exchanges. If it disappears, today's movement was probably temporary rebalancing.
