• The Fed held rates at 3.75%–4.00% on Oct 28 in a 10–2 vote
• Lisa Cook and Beth Hammack dissented, both wanting another 0.25% hike
• Warsh did not commit to a December move. Next meeting: Dec 8–9
• A Yahoo Finance live report, citing Bloomberg futures data, put December hike odds near 85%
• The 10-year Treasury yield rose to about 5.04% after the decision
• BTC trades near 78,900 USDT (-3% in 24h) after a drop to 78,297 at 20:00 UTC. ETH is near 2,270 (-3.8%)
• On Binance, 33 of the 40 USDT pairs with over 20M in 24h volume are red
• Most Searched movers: $OP -10% and $ICP -8.3%
My take: A hawkish hold with the 10-year near 5% is a headwind for risk assets. For BTC I'm watching the 78,300 low. Reclaiming 80K would ease the pressure.
