Good morning.

XRP just got a bank charter. BTC still sits under its trend.

Ripple won final OCC approval for its own U.S. national trust bank, which will hold the reserves behind RLUSD and offer digital asset custody.

Yet XRP is up only 1.0% while total market cap slid 2.2%.

Regime check:
• Below EMA, 1.7% under the 12h trend line
• Neutral at 48, down from 70 a month ago
• EMA slope still negative at -0.9%, BTC near its 24h low

Volume is up 32% across the market while prices drift lower, so participation is active but not yet buying. XRP is the only major in the green, and SOL is the weakest of them.

Question now:
Does the Ripple approval start pulling institutional flow back in...
or does the weak BTC structure keep every bid capped?

XRP Coffee Break later ☕
