$PROM Rallies Nearly 30% — Is a 5% Correction Coming Next?

Prom has been one of the stronger performers in recent days, rallying roughly 30% from its recent low while much of the broader crypto market has remained under pressure.

But after this strong move, PROM is now approaching an important technical decision area.

Technical Analysis

On the 4-hour timeframe, price is trading near the upper trendlines of a Triangle Pattern and between the key $5.71 and $5.87 trading levels.

Just above this structure sits another major obstacle:

Cumulative Short Liquidation Leverage: ($5.90-$6.20)

The convergence of the Triangle resistance, key trading levels, and short-liquidation liquidity creates an area where selling pressure could increase.

From this structure, I expect PROM to potentially experience a correction of at least 5%.

The main downside area I am watching is the 38.2% Fibonacci retracement level, together with the Cumulative Long Liquidation Leverage ($5.30-$5.40).

For now, the reaction around the upper boundary of the Triangle and ($5.90-$6.20) will be critical.

A rejection would strengthen the corrective scenario, while a confirmed breakout above this structure would weaken it and increase the probability of further upside.

What comes first for PROM?

🔴 5%+ correction toward ($5.30-$5.40)
🟢 Confirmed breakout above $6.20
