The more I look at @Nillion’s roadmap, the more I think Phase 1 deserves a closer look.
First, one small clarification: Dusk here isn’t the Dusk Network. It’s the first phase of Nillion’s roadmap, focused on bringing Covenants to Ethereum mainnet.
What I find interesting is the simple idea behind it. Instructions stay sealed until specific conditions are met, without needing a trusted party to release them.
In crypto markets, timing and information can matter as much as execution itself. If a strategy is exposed too early, someone else may act on that information. Keeping instructions private until the right conditions are met could help address that problem.
Still, the real test is how reliably this works in practice, not just how good it sounds on paper.
That’s what I’ll be watching as Nillion develops this further. Privacy becomes more meaningful when it solves an actual problem.
