COMP BIG SHORT 🔻
COMP printed a sharp 4H rally from 20.59 to a 29.18 high (+18.8% on the day), but the move is losing steam. The pump candle was followed by two red candles, the first with a long upper wick, which shows sellers defending the 27-29 zone. Volume peaked on the pump candle and has since faded, and RSI(6) and RSI(14) are both rolling over from overbought levels (72.99 / 69.12). A rejection here could drag price back toward the breakout base around 22-24.
Trading Ideas: Short $COMP
Entry: 25.50
Key levels:
Resistance: 25.83, 27.72, 29.18
Support: 23.94, 22.05, 20.96

Risk/reward is thin. From a mid entry of about 25.50, the stop risks roughly 2.20 while TP1, TP2 and TP3 gain about 0.76, 1.53 and 2.04. Even TP3 is under 1R, so you'd need a very high win rate. A tighter stop above 26.50-27.00 or deeper targets (around 22.05) would improve it.
MACD is still bullish. DIF (0.79) is above DEA (0.21) with a growing green histogram so momentum hasn't flipped yet. A bearish cross on the 4H would be a stronger confirmation.
Chasing a +18% pump is risky. A strong breakout can keep running so wait for a clear rejection or a 4H close below about 24.80.
