Why is nobody talking about the imbalance the latest $BTC selloff just left on the chart?
A lot of traders either dumped into the move or are now chasing the bounce, which is how a clean setup turns into another round of giving money back.
A decisive selloff does not just push price lower. It leaves a pocket of unfilled orders, and those imbalances often get revisited because the liquidity sitting around them becomes the next target. A decent amount of that liquidity has already built up around this zone, so I treat it as a realistic short-term magnet for $BTC rather than a random level.
If price trades back into the imbalance, I would not buy the first touch. I would wait for at least a small rejection, then decide whether the reaction is worth a trade or whether the fill is only resetting the range.
Anyone else seeing this liquidity get targeted, or do you think price skips the fill?
