ITLG in the app, on-chain ITLG, and vITLG are not three separate tokens. They are different states of the same ITLG.
When ITLG moves between these states, the corresponding amount must be locked and bridged. This avoids counting the same tokens twice.
So even with three states, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝟭𝟬𝟬 𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻.
