Robinhood Chain is seeing a noticeable slowdown in onchain activity, with daily transactions falling 42% to 6.2 million during October 2–8 compared with mid-September.
Daily active addresses dropped 31% while weekly spot trading volume declined 21% to $7.45 billion.
Robinhood is continuing to cover network fees on token swaps above $0.50 through December 31 in an effort to encourage activity.
Despite the slowdown, deposits remained above $1 billion. Daily network fees paid by users fell 39% to around $65,000, while perpetual futures volume moved in the opposite direction, rising 26% to approximately $7.35 billion.
The numbers show a mixed picture: spot activity is weakening but derivatives trading is growing. The key question is whether fee support can bring users back and sustain engagement.
