Bitcoin has fallen below $82,000, triggering another wave of forced liquidations across the crypto market.

More than $200M in leveraged long positions have reportedly been wiped out, adding further selling pressure as traders are forced to close bullish bets.

The move comes after BTC failed to hold the higher levels reached earlier this week. Broader market pressure is also weighing on risk assets, with oil above $100 and the U.S. 10 year yield around 5.3%.

$82K is now under pressure. If buyers don’t step in, the next move could get even more volatile.
